Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Notebooks must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund. To start a return, email us at support@ckalma.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your notebook arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale or discounted items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.
